Added open image directory

Today we added an open-source image directory! It will have thousands of high-resolution pictures of scientific "things". Please check out our site to learn more. (BTW it isn't done, so you cant use it yet. We promise it will be done in a few days though)

Website COMPLETELY Updated

TheScienceDictionary.com was completely updated! It is now cooler, cleaner, and easier to use. We are using muli-level horizontal menus and have implemented multiple coding types in our website. Things removed

No one was using experimental data, and writing up science essays got way too busy, so we trashed those two services. Sorry. :(

People have been asking us to do experiments for them, or pulling up experimental data for them. We now offer a service that lets users submit an experiment request.

Added essay writing options

We will now have either a professional or the community help out with science essays. This means that if you want a small essay on any given scientific topic, then submit the form.

Addded Better Menu

We made our vertical menu into a Dynamic Drive Urban Grey Menu. Science Info and other stuff are now grouped differently. We also optimized the website so IE users aren't so left out.

Added 10 new sites to the science dictionary search

Today we added 10 new trusted sites to our online science dictionary. Can you find out what they are. The first commenter to get it right will receive a special prize from our site. :p

Improved forms

The forms for submission are now easier to use, and quicker too. We also added a captcha (to prevent spam submissions).

Site Updated

We used the Colorus template for the science dictionary. Everything is extremely simple and the code is basic HTML with some Javascript. We are offering a machine-content free science dictionary, as well as free human-powered research. Will update site soon.
